When I was informed by my Medical aid insurance that I was entitled to Discounts at the Planet Fitness gym which is 5 meters from where I work I was excited, I Immediately went to enquire and filled in some forms , I was later told that due to the fact that I do not have my Momentum Multiply member number I did not qualify for the benefits , I paid the R100 for my Tag which I did not get . months later I am billed by the gym that I have never stepped into nor ever received my tag, No one from the gym has ever bothered to call me to say the error was sorted out or explain ,a lady by the name Perpetua called from the debtors department asking about the payment , why I have been disputing Payment from my Bank . I would appreciate if I can be assisted to resolve this matter . to date no one from the gym has bothered to contact me.
