<p>A planet fitness consultant - Maureen,and her manager signed me up for membership in Craighall... and was asked me to pay the gym tag fee... which I paid.</p> <p>Instead of getting a tag I had paid for... a week later Maureen told me my membership application has been declined. </p> <p>REFUND ME PLEASE!</p> <p>Now its a mission to get my money back! Maureen gave me a call centre number...(now it's my problem to get the money back :( and the agent#13 asked me to send an email with proof of payment and I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many moons later... I have still had no reply or even acknowledgement that Agent 13 received my email ... or indictaion of when I will be refunded.</p> <p>Kindly assist</p>
