***** - debiting my account without authority for 2 years!

I have logged a refund request in Jan 2022 for two membership debits off my accounts which was not authorized. I have called in Jan, March , and June - with no feedback or refund. I have visited the Meadowdale branch and the manager was just useless, telling me to contact the call centre. Mpumi that manager at client services was supposed to call in the last 7months and to date not a single call, message or email.

Their services and accountability is disgusting! I never want to ever deal with this company!
