I signed up with planet fitness Centurion gate, the guy informed me that the monthly subscription is R199 for the first 3 months and thereafter the premium will be R350 which I happily agreed to. After I joined I realized that the customer service he provided was really horrific n he never kept any of his promises. I then called the call centre n was shocked to learn that my monthly premium would be R595. The call centre lady informed that I agreed to it as I signed the document which shows it. I requested the documents to prove that and she sent me a contract which I never signed. I never saw the document in my life n the signature was completely different to mine. I informed them n gave them a copy of my drivers license which has my signature on it n u can c it’s completely different. Planet fitness promised to get back to me n that was two weeks ago, to this day I’m still waiting. I want this cancelled n hope I never hv to deal with the ********** ever again
