***** at planet Fitness!!!

I signed up for a 12 month contract with PF and paid the year up front, told the sales person that I don't want it to renew and don't want to continue after the 12 months. I read through the contract and signed, there was no details of the duration of the contract it was all just indemnity agreements and confirmation of details. After the 12 months PF deducted 500 off of my account and when I enquired they said I have a 24 month contract with them and when I asked them for my contract there was an additional page added, completed in someone else's handwriting which I never saw which was **********ly signed. I've since then spent 7 months going back and forth between their call centre, cancellations departments, special investigations and even their debt collectors trying to get the money out of me with no outcome. Dealing with PF has been an absolute nightmare and I regret ever doing business with them, steer clear, rather deal with virgin or a private gym.
