***** at Planet Fitness

During lockdown Planet Fitness closed its Craighall Park club. My daughter trains there, and as we are 800m from the club, used a bicycle to get there and back. On attempting to cancel the contract, as they withdrew a service, they informed us that there will be a cancellation fee, as she can use the Sandton club (which she can not reach by bicycle). We chose the club, as it was much closer than Virgin Active, and for no other reason. I can not believe a business withdraws a service, and then wants you to pay for not being able to use the service. In my view this is extremely poor ethics, and borders on *****.
