***** and attempted theft

I did a trial starting 27 Aug 2020 and then cancelled within trial 5 day period on 31 August 2020, which is allowed according to trial contract and supposed to stop debit orders. However Plant Fitness has tried numerous times to ***** money from my account. After numerous phone calls and many promises, all people said it will be resolved but it is still not, and Planet Fitness is still trying to ***** money from my account. Thankfully I made them sign a letter of my cancellation (can you imagine what would have happened if it was only verbally cancelled over the phone?). I am a student have little money to buy food etc. They said somebody (within Planet Fitness) randomly activated a contract for me on 26 Sept 2020 (almost a month after I cancelled) !!! They also have not yet paid back my R125 as promised with cancellation !!! Stay away from Planet Fitness, they "lie to you" and then ignore and do not resolve phone call complaints from both branch and customer care !!!
