I contacted Planet Fitness BY PHONE awhile ago asking for information concerning the gym contacts and a quote. The consultant said very clearly to me that they have a special if I join by the next day. ( which they always say, to pressure a potential client) I said that I would think about it. I also contacted Virgin and Vivo gyms the same time. I decided to join Vivo.

Now months later I am being harassed for payment of my planet fitness contract by Landau Attorneys Ref LC326926 I have said to them that I want to see my contract where I signed it. I only asked for a quote by phone call.

This is ***** and an ******* form of harassment for payment of a non contract. I am left wondering how many others have been trapped by this underhanded behavior of planet fitness. I hope planet fitness sake that they did not list me as a bad payer on the credit bureaus. I will check and contact the ombudsman in person.
