I spoke to one of the sales consultant back in November 2020, his name was THABISO and I gave him my details told I was interested but we are not concluding anything at that moment I’m not signing up or any as I still had to pay a membership fee, time went by and as I took the guys number I spoke to him told him I’m no longer interested in the gym as I won’t have time to go to the gym well the guy said ok it’s fine. However they continued to debit my account without my authority and I stop the debit order at my bank but now they changed the reference and continue to debit me. When I want to cancel the contract they say I need to speak to the person that signed me up but that person is no longer with the company and also need to pay a cancellation fee. My signature was forged this is ***** and they are not willing to assist me in anything … how do I get help???
