I signed up with Planet Fitness in September through vitality ,assisted by both Sales consultant and the Sales Manager anticipating R99 will go off my account every month. to my surprise R399 went off they did not even sign through vitality . the consultant did not even send me a copy of my contract ,just to show that he was doing it deliberately and he was hiding something from me. tried to complain about it but the head office disputed it , asking me for a tangible proof whereas they never emailed me a copy of my membership.

as Im reading the reviews about the company , I see several same complaints as mine this clearly a norm .its basically what they do to people and its been going on for years .they dont care nor do something about instead they just continue de*****ing and *****ing from people.
