You incorrectly debit my bank account You acknowledge the error and apologise stating you will refund me which you did except what you took and what you paid me back are incorrect. I expect the full amount to be refunded. I send a letter through to support at Planet about this and in turn I get an automated reply stating that my query is closed So wrong
