Fradulent Debits

Planet Fitness decides to debit my account twice for a monthly membership fee of R399 now R799 for July 2018. When I ask them why they double debited my account they answer is the amount is for annual machine maintenance, mind you I only joined this gym November 2017. When I ask them to send me a copy of my contract that stipulates this annual levy as I never aware of it, they send me a copy of my payment slip from when I joined. I encourage people to scrutinize their bank statements when dealing with ************ businesses like Planet Fitness as they are not to be trusted.
