Fourways Planet Fitness ****med me

I was ****med by planet fitness in Fourways. I was told there I a R99 special for 6 months. I went there to enquire and clearly told the lady Mpumi to send a quotation of discount I would qualify for. I was shocked to be sent a fixed full contract. She even said she will whatsapp me the quotation and she never did. Received some welcome to the gym email. She even **** to me and said for her to be able to process I need a tag that I have to pay R150 and if I decide not to take the quotation, I can return it for a full refund. I agreed to purchase the tag. When I saw the contract I was really hurt that they process my quotation without my concern just because they have my details and manipulated me. Their tag is non-refundable too.
