Foursways. Pathetic and disgusting service or complete and utter lack thereof.

I would like to complain about the disgusting service or lack thereof recived by Planet Fitness Fourways. My Vitality expired 1 month before my contract expired in August so my monthly bill went from R200 to R800.00 I was then asked to give a months notice so they added another R800.00. Then when my bill came they had added another R800 on top. I was i communication with Sandile from the accounts department and he said that it was okay to pay the R1659.00 and not the R2400.I said that did not have all the money so paid R800 in August and R800 in September. Somewhere along the line in October this was handed over to landau attouneys who are rutheless and relentless. No amount of following up with and send them all the copied in emails has got them off my back. After going to the gym 3 times the on duty day manageress said the the paymnets had been wrongly allocated and that it was all soted out. After 10 emails Well needless to say it wasnt. I was told that Sandile had left the company which was a blatant lie he is still there just doesnt answer emails at all. And with all the emails to TJ and Anesh the club manager they have never rep**** once. TJ i went and met with he has done nothing and desnt answer his emails. Not sure what his function is at all, just seems useless. Then i had a meeting with Anesh and TJ. At least then i had a call from Sharon from Head office who promised she would resolve the issue. I had a callk from a manager who said he would not accept that Sandile had said i could pay the lesser amount. and a few days later recieved a mail saying that it was all settled. I forwarde this to landau who still wont accept it as they have still after 4 month not heard fro Planet fitness. Needless to say landau attourneys has now blacklisted me. Well done Planet fitness you are appauling. Still no reply from TJ or Anesh or anyone who answers to the reception eamil address. Gary i spoke to last week has taken over from Anesh, said he would sort it out in 48 hours and still nothing 5 days later. I an disgusted and shocked by you lack of capacity to do your jobs. I have been left in the dark and now have a judgement. You make me sick. Please can someone who has an ounce of empathy sorth this out Landau attourneys wants R2800.00 fees on top of the amount. My entire contract would have only been R2400 for 2 years. How do you get away with this?
