Forced Debit Order and Erroneously Deducting Money from my account

Planet fitness launched in Dec 2022 here in George. I joint and my company made a full payment for a 24 months subscription. Despite this the club still forced me to sign a debit order with the promise that no money will be deducted. It was just internal protocol. I reluctantly signed it. Two months in a row they deducted money from my account after promising it won't happen. I have been trying to get my money back now for months with one excuse after the other. The company benefitted by me paying them the full fees for two years in advance. One would think that would count for something by immediately correcting their mistake but they are still treating me as just another customer. At it stands right now I am still owed this money. Surely a company like yours can do better than this!!!
