Fix the problem.

Good day.

So about 2 months ago we signed up at Planet fitness Brackenfell, but apparently the one lady at Planet fitness Plattekloof assigned Plattekloof as the home club but we told them.from the start that we will be at Brackenfell and we did sign up at brackenfell and are only training there.

Now when we called them to ask to fix the problem Planet fitness wants to charge us R200 to do the swop from Plattekloof too brackenfell. That is a mistake they made and they want me to pay for it.

I am very angry with them and at the moment i don't want to even suggest people to go there because they make the mistakes but we need to pay for it.

For the past 2 weeks i did not go train because they did absolutely nothing to fix it.
