Fix our gym that we pay for

Good Day

This will not be my first complaint at Planet Fitness Rustenburg Lifestyle square. If it wasn't for the convenience for working in the complex and having the gym here , I would have left this gym long time ago. The aircons are not working for the past few years. There is 10 showers. 5 Showers has been closed with danger tape the past few months.We have to wait for showers. 4 shower heads are missing, soap dispensers not on the wall and standing loose. They brought 2 portable aircons that are no longer seen anymore. With 4 normal padestal fans running every now and then. The heat in Rustenburg is unbearable. We pay our gym fees every month but do not get what we pay for. Overall the gym is clean and spacious , but can we please get the rest sorted. Apparently head office do regular visits and is aware of this , but after years , nothing has been done.
