Experienced difficulties with canceling my membership

I have just received an email from saya recoveries today stating I have an outstanding balance of R6855. 30. I do not know how planet fitness arrived or calculated that amount. I have since requested my membership to be canceled earlier last year exactly a month after I signed up, as one of your consultants misinformed me about the chargers.

I have called your rude consultants multiple times to cancel my membership, explained to her that I have never been to your gym or any gym for that matter, it is not fair to keep on paying for something that I was clearly not using, since I also moved back to North west. I was debited for the rest of 2018, when I have never set my foot to the gym and used your services. All that I got was emails with cancelation fees. My contract was a year contract, I also called early this year, requesting the lady to not renew my contract

I am a student with no source of income. I cannot afford to pay that ridiculous amount. Or pay for something that I have never used. You can check on your systems, if I have been to the gym.

I am writing to you, as none of your consultants never took my matter seriously. Also they do not know how to explain proper terms and conditions
