Feedback from Planet Fitness required

Hi On Tue, 16 Jul, 13:39 (10 days ago) I shared proof of payment - Reference number: PF-***. Requesting confirmation of receipt on the pF side and allocation of this payment. I did receive a call back the next day (approx.) and asked the agent to call back as I was in session. Still waiting for a call back.
