fedup with debit orders
On the 28th of January my account account was debited with the amount of R320.00 . Firstly this is the incorrect debit date as agreed upon,supposed to be on the last day of the month. Secondly it is the wrong amount as stipulated in my contract. I then contacted Planet Fitness Port Elizabeth to which i was assured that my account would not be debited again at the end of the month. I was told to contact customer service,but their number just rings,i then sent an email which was supposed to answered in 72 hours. This morning my account was debited with a further R722.00!!! Why these amounts and why two debits? I was to renew my 3 year contract the end of March but will definitely NOT do so after this.

Our records indicate the debit order for the 28th was an arrears debit order. The extra fee is administrative charge for non payment.
