False promises by sales consultants
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Planet Fitness Sales Consultants. Your consultants are full of false promises and will say and promise anything possible to get you to sign up. None of the promises has been delivered. I was approached by Miyah from PF Centurion Gate. I informed her that I am waiting for Waterkloof Ridge to open before I join. Miyah insured me that I can sign up with them and promised me a free transfer to Waterkloof Ridge when they open. I then app**** for a token for 7 days free at Waterkloof Ridge with the hopes that my membership can be transferred in the meantime. I was then contacted by Jason at Waterkloof Ridge. I explained the situation to him. He then informed me that Miyah should not have made all those promises and promised me that he will sort it out and get me transferred. On 17Feb he told me it will take 48hours. . He also told me existing members cannot use the 7days token. This was stated otherwise by yourselves on Facebook. So I decided to leave the token and give Jason the opportunity to get the transfer sorted within 48hrs. On 18Feb Miyah told me she will keep me updated with the transfer. To date I have not received feedback and my membership has still not been transferred. Jason informed me today that it was done and I can go to the gym. When I got there, it was still not done! I was promised: A free transfer A free water bottle A free shaker And guess what, nothing received. I even completed the card for a free bag and I was informed they are out of stock.
Your customer service from your sales consultants is appalling to say the least! I am now stuck with no feedback and no transfer as promised. 48hours have now become 192hours!!!
