False promise, no care service

I wanted to take up a gym membership with Planet Fitness in Moreletta Park in Pretoria. Clever was the sales consultant, I asked if I will get a bag for free, he said only when I gym for 16 times in 8 weeks.I said I can't, I would like a bag now.He said okay, its fine.Upon signing the contract, I asked where is the bag, he said in front,I will get it when I pay for a new access card. I asked what card, he said it is a new tag. I said I do have a old tag, from my previous dealings with Planet Fitness.He said I can not get a bag. I agreed to take a new tag, for R100 extra, with the understanding that I will get the bag immediately. Upon paying everything, R200(Joining fee and Tag)I asked again for the bag. He said sorry, here is a card,I must come to gym 16 times first.I said that was not the arrangement, I would like my money back for the tag then, because my gym times would get determined by my holidays and business. He said he can not refund me, it will only happen the next day. I became upset, I demanded the contract be cancelled and my joining fee paid back as well.He said I must speak to his manager, Neels.
