False marketing
I've been a member for 3 months and the gym is self is fine but the marketing **** around how the debit orders work is a different story! Don't be fooled you don't get the discount from medihelp as they say you do.

02 Aug 2024, 15:16Good day, I have resolved the access issue for my daughter myself thank you very much. I'm yet to get feedback from your accounts and IT department on why I was billed incorrectly for the first 3 months and today another incorrect debit order went off. After a consultant said it would be corrected. I've been patient and following up for two months now. If you advertise the Medihelp benefit to get a cheaper deal for the first 3 months, your system must surely accommodate this. It's not a new thing that has to be build in just for me to use. I truly think this is unfair or inaccurate marketing. Disappointed and not happy with the accounting and marketing of Planet Fitness.
