False information/marketing

Paid for vouchers at Balalaika Protea Hotel and was told by p****** that I can redeem the vouchers at my home club. I therefore paid for more vouchers however when I tried to redeem at the Lynnwood gym I was told I cannot as the vouchers are only for non-members. So being a member is a disadvantage now? That's the "thank you" for being loyal.
