False information with self-decision making consultations

So, what could be said other than these people sell false information without disclosing all the nitty gritty details. They invite you for a FREE intro and walk through with a promo code and all even a free bottle for water and then they sit you down for the chat...... The chat contains most of the info and they even give you a 5day cooling off period if you pay for the Tag thats R125 to decide if you wish to join or not, here is the catch!!! No matter if you say yes or no they still load a debit order to be deducted in 5 days (so much for the decision period) the also never mentioned if you decide to say NO to the offer you have to jump through hoops and call all sorts of numbers to get this thing cancelled that you NEVER EVEN SIGNED FOR! They said the tag fee will be refunded once the tag is returned upon declination of the offer, only thats not the case..... The hoops apply here as well, i now have to wait 14 business days for the refund to be paid back to me and i have dispute and stop the unauthorized debit order loaded.

I even stated to the consultant that i hope no debits will be taken off before i decide, shd still stated nothing will be done until after the 5 days but you can use the facility if you chose during this period. I never did and sent the consultant the declination sms 1day after sitting to hear the magical story of how this is the best package arround. Pathetic! I handed the tag back on Wednesday 28 Oct and i paid for it on the 25th of October.
