False Information on new Membership

My Work had a Wellness day of whitch one stall was Planet Fitness FOURWAYS. As I am interested in joining a Gym I approached the stall the sales person Brian, sold me a membership for Fourways. From the start I advised him of TWO conditions I have to join.. 1. I am relocating to Edenvale and was reassured there is a branch there and membership can be transferred without any issues. 2. I am a single Mom with my daughter of 11 and need to be able to gym with her. Again I was reassured that all is in order. Together we went to the Fourways Branch, without any issues. I have now relocated to Edenvale and phoned to transfer where I was firstly advised it will be R200 admin fee. I have no issue with this as I work in corporate and understand the fee situation. YET.. My daughter is NOT allowed in the Gym. Children are only allowed to gym from 13 years and older. Now I am stuck with a membership, that I cannot go to gym as my child is not allowed to gym? I need you to look into this for i am now bonded to a contract which i was not wanting to cancel for I enjoy working out at planet fitness along with my daughter. You will have to compensate (cancel my membership) me or come up with a solution in order to have my daughter at the gym.
