False information from planet fitness

I have joined the planet fitness gym on the forth of November, they told is 299 but now they say is 748 Monthly and they saythey will debit activation fee of 925 of which but the didn't tell me in the first place. And they told me they will start debiting in January 2020. Now they say t hey will start In December. They refused to cancel my membership
