FALSE INFORMATION

I requested that my contract be cancelled, due to the renovations and due to the fact that I could not spend extra money to travel to another branch. I was told by many people that Planet Fitness assisted clients with this specific request by cancelling their membership.

Instead, they refused to cancel my membership and froze the account. I informed them that I refuse to pay for a service that I am not getting.

Irregardless of the situation, they really didn't care. Now I am stuck with "Saya Recoveries" that is ripping me off.

On another point, even their sales consultants that visits the dealerships for marketing are full of **** providing clients with false information. I was told about a special where I had to pay R100 to sign up and from that point forward, a monthly fee of R299. Several months later they told me that this offer doesn't exist and they took my installment up to R499.
