False advertising

I signed up about a month ago with a sales agent from the Castle Gate branch… I was given the Bonitas special and was told this included 3 free months (to debit 1 June). A few days later the sales agent called me and told me he had made a mistake, and that the 3 free months special was for students only.

I signed on the pretence of 3 months free, only to be told that HE had made a mistake, AFTER me signing. ***** sales tactic.

Iv been dealing with the sales manager back and forth, and still don’t know the way forward.

The sales agent did give me the option to cancel, but I’m settled at the gym and want what was promised.

Iv tried to reach out to head office and have had zero luck! Plus my membership is now blocked, with zero communication from the sales Manager.
