I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Bad business practice. False Advertising. Hidden Costs. We entered into two contracts with this terrible organisation under the false guise of a 24 month contract at 399pm each. No mention was made of that the second year there would be an increase in fees (we were led to believe that a one year contract was more expensive and therefore we opted for 2years at 399pm .. only to have it increase in year 2!!! In addition to the that another hidden cost of an annual levy not mentioned in the sales pitch. unauthorised double debit. The management at the Brackenfell gym is not willing to deal with query [brushed off to Head Office much like the first year when facilities at the gym were not working most of the time] although they were happy to sign up the membership and trap you into agreement under a false sales pitch. I am not surprised at all the bad reviews this gym has received.
