False advertising and worst service

The gym is really the worst their sales agent mislead client they will says anything to sign you up, I was given the black Friday deal by a sales agent and when i wanted to cancel i am being told stories that i own cancellation fees but that's not what the sales agent said. They have handed over the account without investigating the matter and providing me with feedback. The worst don't ever take any promotions deal from this gym.
