FALSE ADVERTISING AND USELESS SALES PEOPLE

Upon joining planet fitness I was told I would get a tog bag after finishing 8 workouts. I told the guy I do not stay in centurion fulltime but work in Witbank, He said it is okay I will still get it provided I finish the 16 days and I get my card signed. I moved to centurion full time this year and started the workouts, completed and when it was time to get the bag I was told the card had expired. I explained to the lady everything I told the guy and she simply said no he was suppose to have told me when I joined that I complete the 16 workouts immediately.

And she said I will suffer because the guy did not tell me all the information. Why is planet fitness lying to get customers? That gym in Centurion R55 just opened and already the people are complaining and some cancelling their memberships because of such bull****. I cannot wait cancel this **** and go back to Virgin Active. Atleast I did not have to wait after a certain time or be told false stories. I even got the bag immediately after registering, You are bull**** company!!!!!!!!!!! I even gave them a list of my friends so they can join, I am telling them not to bother.
