False advertising and *********** call centre

False advertising!! They are eager to promise that you will get a month free of you recommend someone however when its time for the debit order not to go off they still debit and ***** money. After numerous calls now they said they would correct it and i can reverse it from the bank however this is not th3 case. Your service is pathetic.
