False advertising

I joined planet fitness in January 2019, and at the time they had a scratch and win competition, where I apparently won a Puma voucher/gift pack. We are now in almost at the end of October and still did I not received anything from them. I've lodged a query through the club manager, sales manager and call centre and no one bothers to come back to you. In the beginning of October I visited this branch again and opened another query and still it not being resolved, every time I speak to someone they say they will call me back and that never happens. Planet fitness can cancel my contract due to breach of agreement on their side. In fact they can rather refund my membership payments that was paid till date. As they do not care for their members.
