False advertising

1. When I joined I was told that I can bring my child to the gym as long as the child will be under my supervision, and because I don't have a child minder it was convenient for me to take my 7 year old with me to the gym hence I agreed to join the gym. But now after 9 months of going to the gym with my child I'm told kids under 12 are not allowed in the gym without any notice or anything.

2. I was told last year around September that if I bring someone and that person joins the gym I would get 1 free month. October my friend joined and even now I haven't received my 1 month free I asked the sales manager she told me she sent my information to head office but still nothing happens.
