FALSE ADVERTISING

I disagree with the mail sent to me as this is not what was discussed when the contract was taken up.

Your sales agent came to my workplace, and advised several staff members that until the Gate Club is reopened, they will temporarily place us at Hennops Park.

Once we are ready to move, we should just contact and be transferred.

The initial contract I took out was R99 for the first 6 months, thereafter it would then be R299 - not even the R349 that you have been deducting from me.

He also than advised that there would be no transfer cost, or increase in the monthly premiums. This was written in the Green Log Book whereby they selected – (client to be transferred)

You cannot hold me liable for false information, information that you even advertised next to the gym on the highway.

I would like this escalated and dealt with, however I WILL NOT incur the extra cost to be transferred when that was never discussed.

I would like this matter resolved urgently.

Also based on the consumer protection act, I signed up according to what was offered at the time, you cannot change this without referring back to the original sale.
