FALSE ADVERTISING

Planet fitness Westwood branch has advertised a contract for R299pm on the bill boards as you come off the mall. I've been to the gym 3 times to try and sign up for membership but each time I get there i get another information. I've even called them to verify information but it changes each time you are there to sign up. I spoke to Jaden and Thabiso both give information that is not on the bill board. They say the R299pm is for pensioners , it's applies on off peak times & it's written on the board. I took a photo of the bill board and nowhere does it say that. The advert says R299pm for 3 months then normal price for 24 months... such an inconvenience phoning , driving to see them & only to find that they themselves don't know their own products they are selling. I told them on the phone that I want R299pm for 12 to 24months. They said sure we have such deals... now how do I sign up with people who lie...? Very much disappointed! I was really looking forward to joining this gym with my partner.
