**** Package! Trap Contract! Don't care about client!

I was sold a package that does not exist. They took advantage of the fact that I'm joining the gym for the first time and said that I will be getting classes and signed me into a 24 month contract that does not allow me access the class when I joined for the classes in the first place. After I spoke to the general manager on the first day of trying to attend a class and I was told I was not allowed to, she said she would speak the person that sold us the package to insure that it doesn't happen again but she will allow me to access the classes because that was the package that was sold to me. Not long after struggling overtime I have to attend classes I was surprised when I was told that it was a once of thing. I have since called customer service and left my number so that Someone can get back to me regarding this matter and all I have gotten is an automatic response to say the received my complaint.

I am very disappointed. Once they have you, they don't care to keep up appearances. They are *****ing from the innocent and they don't care cause at the end of the day its all about putting money in their pockets.
