**** contract cancellation

I terminated my contract via telephone on 9th January 2019 to which I was told that I would still be charged for the month of January and February due to having to give one months notice. In March now, another debit order went through and when I phoned to query it was just told that they have no record of me ever phoning to cancel my contract and without that proof there is nothing they can do about it but they will still charge me for March and April.

Reading the reviews I see that it has happened to numerous people and it totally disgusts me that Planet Fitness would rip their clients off like this.
