FAILURE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP SINCE JUNE

I have been asking Naison to cancel my membership since June to no avail - every month they debit my account conveniently while forgetting that I keep asking to cancel - he did at first put it through to a cancellation consultant with a bad attitude and now I just get ignored.
