failure to cancel membership and pay back debits
i submitted my notice for cancellation in November last year in the Planet Fitness Club, Plattekloof. due to their bad admin my cancellation was only received by 6th January 2015 and therefore i was debited in January and February. After many calls where they admit to the problem ( on a recorded conversation ) and state that they will reimburse me, so today i call only to find out that finance department has decided i will not get reimbursed and that the query has been closed.<br> <br> By what i see on this site is that this is a norm with them as well.<br> <br> Worse service and admin ever if you ask me.
