Fails Info

I am disgusted and flabagasted by Planet Fitness The Marc in Sandton. I have been a loyal client to them since day 1, I pay all my fees in time and have never missed one. I was so surprised to be advised that there are additional fees that i will need to pay for maintainace of the gym. The lady who registered me Zanele somehow failed to inform me of this and to my surprise i get debited twice in one month thinking it was somehow an error and i ended up doing a reversal on the second debit. And for them to not advise a way forward to their mistake, I get told that I will not have access till I pay for something I wasn't aware of. I then ask if a payment arrangement can be done as i was unaware of the fee, I get told that no its not possible, Now i have to sit an entire month without going to gym because of their mistake which they are not even willing to meet me halfway.
