Failed termination

I am sick and tired of continously calling your call centre and not being called back after many promises. <br> <br> I joined planet fitness on a package and was quoted R275pm, after confirming my rates and having the sales agent write my fees on my contract, i was surprised when they first increased my rates, then after telling them of their failure to keep to the contract, they wanted to impose a cancellation fee. this month alone ive had almost r800 deducted from my account for services i have not used.
