Extremely Unproffesional Poor Service

On 11 January 2018 I went on planet fitness website to enquire, filled in all details needed, On Friday 12 January 2018 a consultant from Planet fitness , Miss Venice called me regarding my enquiry online to arrange a date & time to discuss the financial fees to join the club & to view the facility , I advised that I will let her know. Today 15 January 2018 I called planet fitness to advise we will be coming at 17:45 Venice was unavailable at the time & the consultant whom assisted me advise that he will get Venice to call me back . Eventually Venice called me back & we made an arrangement for today @ 17:45... After work we went to planet fitness for out meeting with Venice, When we arrive we filled in the register to go into the club Angelique the receptionist advised that we must wait a little bit...When Venice came , Angelique advised her that her 17:45 clients was here & her immediate response was "Ag Vok" & Angelique laughed at the comment. After that we were taken to her office for the meeting , while discussing everything Venice's phone rang twice & the third time when it rang again she answered , told her boyfriend that we arrived on number 99 as if we did not make an appointment & that needs to finish up. This is the worst expierence/ service we have received yet , we no longer want to Join planet fitness as Venice made us feel very unwelcom & uncomfortable in the manner of speaking to potential clients. Venice is very unproffesional ,unkind with an extremly bad attitude.
