Extremely poor customer service

Worst customer service ever experienced, called numerous times to get a transfer sorted after speaking to a manager. Already been two weeks and the issue has still not been resolved. Asking them to get something done never happens but when it comes to debiting money they are first in line and deduct without any warning or notice.
