**Extremely Disappointed with Planet Fitness' Sales and Customer Service**

I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and support from Planet Fitness. After being misled by a salesperson who **** about the terms of a contract and left without addressing the issue, I find myself in a situation that has only worsened over the past eight months.

I never received a copy of the contract, nor was I properly informed about its terms. Despite not agreeing to anything, I was handed a contract, and after multiple attempts to resolve this, nothing has been done to correct the situation. I have reached out to customer service, HR, and managers across various departments, but all of my concerns have been ignored.

To make matters worse, my account continues to be charged despite the fact that I am not even a member, and I was handed over for legal action without any notice. This lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is deeply disappointing.

Planet Fitness’ refusal to resolve the issue, coupled with their poor customer service, has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly urge anyone considering Planet Fitness to proceed with caution, as it appears that once a problem arises, they are unwilling to assist or fix it.
