Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with Planet Fitness. My husband had a membership with them but he unfortunately passed away on 21 January 2021. I notified Planet Fitness and they asked me to send his death certificate which was done on 8 February 2021. Planet Fitness actually went and handed my husband over to the lawyers due to an unpaid account. Phoned the laywers and was just told "sorry, it shouldn't have been handed over. Someone didn't update his records". Because of poor administration, on top of hid death now I still have to deal with accounts being handed over. If possible, I would not even have given 1 star.
