Horrible experience at Planet fitness in Johannesburg, Newtown. I joined planet fitness on the 31 of August 2020 and subscribed to a balck tag, and i was told that the month of September will be free and my first payment will be on the 28th of October 2020. Around the 16th of October my gym tag was blocked and i was told that my membership is in Arrears this came as a shock to me because i didn't understand what had happened as i thought that my account was good and only due for payment on the 28 of October , and i had to pay R543 which is more than what i signed up for so September was not free as i was told so apparently they use false adverti*****t to lure people into signing up for their gym.
