I would like to bring to your attention my experience at Bedford Planet Fitness.

Firstly, the reason I chose to go to this gym was to take advantage of the Kellogg’s Planet Fitness promotion.

Upon arrival, I explained to *Linda Qibi* that I had no intentions to take up a full membership as I had no medical aid and I was employed on a contract bases.

During our discussion, *Warren Wiggil* walked to convince me to join as he was willing to work out a “SPECIAL monthly subscription rate” for me of at R299.00 a month.

Since Warren is no longer employed at the gym, there is no record of our agreement and now I'm being charged R749.00 without permission from the gym. I have since tried to cancel my gym membership and now they want a cancellation fee of R4000.00.

No-one from the gym has retured my calls or emails regarding this matter so that it can be resolved and they are still debiting my account for the R749.00 every month!
