Expression of disappointment

Expression of disappointment with planet fitness Craighall Park. It was on the 25th of May 2017 I went to the gym, after my session I went for a shower without realizing that the shower door was broken and with broken glass still on the hinges, while I was taking a shower I slipped due to soap that was left from cleaning, I slipped then fell and my arm got cut open from the glasses on the hinges, my issue is that the door had been broken for some time, as I was made to understand and a caution tape or sign to indicate the faulty of the shower was not affixed. This negligence has now resulted in me having a permanent scare that I must keep for the rest of my life. I reported the incident and the only thing they did was to record it in the incident report book, to this day the Gym shows no concern about the matter. I went to the doctor and got stitches. This to me is a reflection of value attributed to us by PF, that we do not matter.
